Who is HeavyCloud for?

For merchants and agencies with many products: anyone who wants to improve images, copy and data for the whole catalogue instead of one product at a time – directly in PlentyONE, Shopify, Shopware, WooCommerce, JTL-Wawi or via files.

Can I use HeavyCloud already?

HeavyCloud is currently in closed beta. Public access is coming soon. Beta participants sign in via “Open the app”.

What does HeavyCloud cost?

You pay with credits, 1 credit equals 1 euro cent. An image costs 15 credits, a translation 1 credit per started 1,000 characters and language, an optimised description from 2 credits. You see the cost before every run.

Will my shop be changed without my consent?

Only if you set it up that way. With the preview you test on real products, with the approval step you review every result. HeavyCloud backs up the previous state before every write.

Where is my data stored?

HeavyCloud runs on Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt, Germany. For individual tools, content is sent to specialised AI services and to HeavyTuned AI, our own language model.

Does the AI make up facts?

The copy tools only work with the facts you provide and check numbers and technical terms. Research cites its sources – and tells you honestly when it can’t find a product.

Which languages are supported?

17: German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Polish, Czech, Danish, Swedish, Portuguese, Finnish, Norwegian, Hungarian, Romanian, Slovak and Turkish.
