2. Hosting and delivery
This website is hosted on Amazon Web Services (Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, 38 Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg). The files are stored in Amazon S3 in the Frankfurt am Main region and delivered via the content delivery network Amazon CloudFront. CloudFront answers requests from a location close to you; this may also be a location outside the EU.
To deliver the website, AWS processes technically necessary data with every request:
- IP address
- date and time of the request
- requested address (URL)
- user agent (browser and operating system)
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and stable delivery of the website.
We have not enabled CloudFront access logs. We therefore do not store or analyse our own logs of visits to this website.
AWS processes the data as a processor under the AWS data processing addendum. For transfers to the USA, AWS relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
3. No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking services.
Fonts, images and scripts are loaded only from this website itself. We do not embed third-party content, for example no Google Fonts and no external CDNs.
4. Links to the application
The “Open the app” button leads to the application at app.heavy-cloud.de, which has its own privacy information.
5. Contact by email
If you email us, we process your details to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your request relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering). We delete the data once it is no longer needed for this purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.
6. Your rights
You have the right to
- access your data (Art. 15 GDPR)
- rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR)
An email to info@heavy-tuned.de is all it takes.
7. Right to lodge a complaint
You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen, Prinzenstraße 5, 30159 Hannover, Germany.
8. No obligation to provide data
You are not obliged to provide us with any data. Without the technically necessary data from section 2, however, the website cannot be displayed. There is no automated decision-making or profiling.
